Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track via our [Order Tracking Page] or the carrier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is missing or significantly delayed, contact support@corecrew.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Addresses: Orders with incorrect shipping details cannot be refunded once shipped. Contact us within 24 hours to correct an address.
Returned Packages: If a package is undeliverable, we can reship (additional shipping fees apply) or refund minus shipping costs.
